The Independent denies writing the headlines that appeared in Google advertisements for Kamala Harris. The advertisements might have broken North Dakota's consumer protection regulations as they led viewers to a Harris fundraising page. Vogel Law, a legal company, is thinking of suing Google and the Harris campaign.

The Daily Caller reports that after Google ads falsely claimed headlines from The Independent were found, Kamala Harris' campaign and the company could be sued. These advertisements purportedly promoted Kamala Harris and led viewers to a fundraising page for her campaign.
