"Today, our heroic ICE officers arrested Jaan Shah Safi, a terrorist who provided material support to ISIS-K," Noem declared, denouncing Biden's resettlement operation as "disastrous" and pointing out that Safi was picked up just a few miles from the location of National Guard members Andrew Wolfe and Sarah Beckstrom's ambush a few days prior.
