Citing significant gains in the areas of foreign policy, border security, and the economy, the White House on Sunday proclaimed President Trump's first six months in office "the most successful" in modern history.

The White House emphasized the enactment of Trump's "One Big Beautiful Bill," which terminated benefits for more than 1.4 million illegal immigrants and provided the biggest tax cut in American history. Records were set by border enforcement, including a record low of 6,070 unlawful crossings in June and zero parole releases, compared to 27,766 in the same month last year.

In just six months, Trump received three distinct Nobel Peace Prize nominations for his foreign policy accomplishments, which include ceasefire agreements with Iran, Pakistan, Israel, and other countries.

A comprehensive report detailing what it called "historic successes" during President Donald Trump's first six months in office was released by the White House on Sunday. The administration asserted that it had "delivered more in six months than most presidents do in a full term," citing significant victories in the areas of energy production, education, border enforcement, foreign policy, the economy, and cultural concerns.

The One Big Beautiful Bill, Trump's most significant piece of legislation, eliminated federal subsidies for more than 1.4 million illegal immigrants while lowering taxes for working Americans. The bill is "increasing Americans’ take-home pay by as much as $13,300," according to the administration.

President Trump's rescissions package, which retrieved $9 billion in public cash from what the White House described as "wasteful, politically motivated funding for left-wing foreign aid scams and biased NPR and PBS," was another significant victory, the release said.

The White House also praised economic success, pointing out that blue-collar earnings have increased at "their fastest pace in nearly 60 years" and wholesale egg costs have fallen by more than 60% from their peak in March. Notably, "native-born employment increased 2,079,000 while foreign-born employment has fallen 543,000." Since January 2025, the U.S. economy has added a net 671,000 jobs.

The White House mentioned a significant improvement at the southern border in relation to immigration. In sharp contrast to the previous year, June saw a record-low number of unlawful crossings, with no migrant being paroled into the interior. ICE has detained over 100,000 criminal illegal aliens, including 2,700 members of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang. Furthermore, reports indicate that the nation has expelled over 600 terrorists, both known and suspected.

Under Trump, energy policy has also changed significantly. After declaring an energy emergency, the administration issued new drilling licenses at a rate 44% higher than during the Biden administration. Summer gas prices are at their lowest points since 2021 as a result of When inflation is considered, the ensuing increase in supply has brought prices close to 20-year lows.

The President’s accomplishments in international policy are equally remarkable. The administration pointed out that Trump has "secured a pathway to stability for Syria, a peace agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and ceasefires between Israel and Iran and India and Pakistan." As part of a larger $7.6 trillion investment rush into the United States, Trump has also inked trade or investment agreements with the UK, China, Indonesia, and Ukraine and locked in NATO's commitment to increase defense expenditure to 5% of GDP.

The White House highlighted Trump's executive orders that prohibit biological males from participating in women's sports and halt the "chemical and surgical mutilation" of kids as part of the cultural and regulatory rollbacks. The announcement stated that "school systems and universities have stopped allowing men in women's sports," citing compliance from organizations such as the Virginia High School League and the University of Pennsylvania.

Regarding crime and law enforcement, the administration claims that although domestic arrests and deportation flights have increased, the United States is "on track for its lowest murder rate on record." The administration has now classified eight Latin American cartels, including the Sinaloa Cartel and MS-13, as terrorist groups.

Financial markets and business confidence have also surged. The Treasury reported a $27.2 billion surplus in June, the first such surplus since 2005, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq have both reached all-time highs. Since January 2025, tariffs have brought in around $90 billion.

President Trump has fulfilled his promises to "close the border, unleash American energy, end federal censorship," and "eliminate radical and wasteful government DEI programs" by signing more than 170 executive orders.

"These results are just the beginning," the White House statement continued. "President Trump is restoring American greatness one day at a time."
