Second Trump Trial Juror Discharged After Neglecting to Reveal Arrest for Defacing Right-Leaning Political Advertisements

Following the revelation that one of the jurors in the criminal prosecution of former President Trump had been arrested before for demolishing right-leaning political advertisements, the juror was removed. This occurs not long after a different juror was excused for raising doubts about her capacity to stay unbiased and fair.

Juror #4, the expelled juror, was taken into custody in Westchester, New York at an unspecified hour for destroying political ads with a conservative slant.

Further information provided by prosecutor Joshua Steinglass stated that the juror's spouse had been connected to a "corruption inquiry" that called for a "deferred prosecution agreement with the district attorney's office."

Only five jurors are still sworn in after Jurors #4 and #2 were dismissed; thirteen more jurors are required before opening arguments may begin.
