Immigration Judge Rules for the Permanent Removal of the Democrat’s Favorite MS-13 Gang Member

Kilmar Abrego Garcia's final plea to reopen his deportation case was denied by an immigration judge on Wednesday, paving the door for the Democrat’s favorite MS-13 gang member to be permanently removed from the United States. The decision upholds what DHS referred to as his "final order of removal."
According to Department of Homeland Security news, Abrego Garcia's application was declared "untimely" by Regional Deputy Chief Immigration Judge Philip Taylor, almost six years after the conclusion of his immigration proceedings. "With today's ruling, Kilmar Abrego Garcia's final order of removal stands," DHS reported.
The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement celebrating the decision “There will never be another MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, domestic abuser, or child predator on American streets.” Abrego Garcia, currently awaiting deportation to a third nation, faces charges of human trafficking in Tennessee after being deported to El Salvador in March and later returning. The protracted effort by Kilmar Abrego Garcia to remain in the United States has come to an end.
This Salvadoran guy will certainly be deported from the United States, despite the efforts of his attorneys and many Democrats to prevent it.
After being deported to El Salvador and briefly imprisoned inside the notorious mega-prison there, Abrego Garcia initially gained national attention in March. The convicted criminal was flown back to the U.S. to face further human-smuggling charges in Tennessee after a visit by congressional Democrats who called for his return.
Despite having accused him of several violent assaults, including hitting her in the eye, yanking her from a car, and leaving her with obvious injuries in 2020 and 2021, his wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, has been an outspoken advocate. Later on, she made an effort to minimize those instances as "isolated."
"Never forget the Democrats flew to a foreign land on the U.S. taxpayer's dime to break bread with this terrorist gang member and visit him in prison," DHS said, criticizing Democrats for stepping in on Abrego Garcia's behalf.
