FBI Director Kash Patel announced over the weekend that the first 200 days of President Donald Trump's administration have seen hundreds of arrests for human trafficking, thousands of child rescues, and record fentanyl seizures.

More than 113 million Americans could be killed by the 1,500 kg of fentanyl that the FBI has confiscated since January 20, according to Patel. This is a 25% increase over the same period last year.

During the same 200-day period, agents located over 4,000 child victims and arrested over 1,600 adults for serious crimes against minors, including 270 people who were suspected of human trafficking.
