BREAKING: The Supreme Court Blocks Joe Biden’s Vaccine Mandate
On Thursday, Dec. 13th the Supreme Court blocked the enforcement of the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees, according to a Fox Business report. The Court ruled that OSHA lacked the authority to impose such a mandate because the law that created OSHA “empowers the Secretary to set workplace safety standards, not broad public health measures."
While the Supreme Court ruling blocks the Biden mandate from the nation’s largest employers, the court allowed a different policy, which requires vaccinations for most health-care workers at facilities that receive Medicaid and Medicare funds, according to a Washington Post report.
