House Republicans Publish Video on Biden’s Crime Crisis

We are beyond the point of simply repeating anti-Democrat sound bites and narratives about the dismal failures of the Biden regime! We are witnessing the living reality of a devastating “ Bden crime crisis!”

In an effort to bring awareness to this reality, House Republicans published a video highlighting a growing number of anchor reports that show “violent crime is surging across America’s biggest cities”, according to a Breitbart report.

According to the report, “Despite the surge in violence, radical leftists are blaming the largest increase of crime in 60 years on police and not Democrat leadership.” According The American Friends Service, a radical left-wing social justice organization, the solution is to “defund the police because:

Policing in the U.S. was established to maintain white supremacy.
Policing doesn’t keep us safe.
Body cameras, training, and other so-called reform measures will not end cycles of police violence.
Policing diverts billions of dollars from schools, health care, and other vital programs that need more funding to strengthen our communities and support shared well-being.
Black organizers are calling for divestment from policing and investment in human needs across the country.

Yet, as Congresswoman Elise Stefanik noted in a House GOP press release: “President Biden and Congressional Democrats have demonized our police and pushed for them to be defunded. Now, crime across America is skyrocketing, and our police officers are under attack from violent criminals.”

Here are some the “Biden Crime Crisis” statistics Stefanik highlighted in the report:

Under President Biden, more police officers were killed in the line of duty in 2021 than in any year since 1995.
In 2021, 73 police officers were killed – a 59% increase from 2020.
According to the National Fraternal Order of Police, there have been 67 officers shot so far in 2022, 9 of whom were killed by gunfire.
There have been 13 ambush-style attacks on law enforcement officers this year, which have resulted in 24 officers shot, 4 of whom were killed.
A new Politico/Morning Consult poll shows 2 in 3 voters, 69% of Americans, think more police funding would decrease crime.
A new Ipsos poll also found that 64% of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of crime.
In 2021, over a dozen U.S. cities set new homicide records in 2021.
In 2021, there were 346 officers shot, 63 of whom were killed by gunfire.
In 2021, there were 103 ambush-style attacks on law enforcement officers, a 115% increase from 2020.
Progressive prosecutors are in cities that represent over 20% of the nation’s population.
