DHS Releases a List of Hardened Minnesota Criminals Being Defended by Democrats Obstructing ICE Deportation Orders

Immigration and Customs Enforcement took action over the weekend to put faces and facts behind a debate that has become more and more disconnected from reality in Minnesota. They released a detailed list of convicted killers and child sex offenders who were arrested in the sanctuary state as protests and political attacks against federal agents continue to grow.
Fox News was the first to get the list, which had headshots and criminal records of illegal aliens who had been convicted of crimes like murder and the rape and sodomy of young girls. ICE officials say these people had been living freely in Minnesota even though some had final removal orders dating back decades.
Sources from the agency said without any hesitation that these are the same individuals that Democratic politicians and activist groups often call "neighbors" when they are trying to stop immigration enforcement.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shared coverage by Fox News reporter Bill Melugin on X, calling the criminals "the most egregious" examples of why ICE exists and saying, "May God bless them for their thankless work to protect American communities from these sick people."
ICE Director Todd M. Lyons informed Fox News that the arrests effectively disrupted what he referred to as "political theater." He also said that some of the felons "have had final orders of removal for 30 years" but were still able to intimidate people in Minnesota.
Lyons stated, "ICE's arrests stop people from committing crimes again and make communities safer." He also noted that local officials seem more focused on making people angry than on keeping their people safe.
The publication comes at a time when Minneapolis and other areas are still on edge after the shooting death of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. The Department of Homeland Security says an ICE agent acted in self-defense when Good sped up her SUV toward him.

Immigration officials say that leaders of the Democratic Party, such as Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, have made things worse by speaking out against agents.

Tom Homan, the border czar, said on Friday that this kind of talk just gives demonstrators who want to get violent more power. The Department of Homeland Security reinforced this fear by posting a picture of an airplane with the words "Lawbreakers going wheels up in Minneapolis."
The agency's message was unambiguous: regardless of the noise, ICE will persist in removing the most violent criminals from American communities.
