When I first heard that the Biden’s regime planned to pardon offenses for simple possession of marijuana in violation of federal law and D.C. Code, my first thought was, “The Democrats are so desperate, they will say or do anything for a vote.”
Then, to learn that this proclamation is only for offenses prior to December 22, 2023, I said OOHHH, this is about protecting his son Hunter?

According to a few sources, it appears that no-one is currently in federal prison solely for possession of marijuana.
I decided to snoop further and found out that you have to apply for the Certificate of pardon through the DOJ. But the pardon does not signify innocence or expunge your conviction. But it MAY remove civil disabilities such as restrictions on the right to vote, to hold office, or to sit on a jury. That it MAY also be helpful in obtaining licenses, bonding, or employment.
So this is Maybe, not Certain?
