MANHUNT FOR JOSEPH JAKUBOWSKI

The police say it has commenced a thorough search for thirty-two year old, Janesville Wisconsin man, Joseph Jakubowski.  Mr. Jakubowski is accused of sending a 161-page anti-government and anti-religious manifesto to the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Mr. Jakubowski is also accused of threatening school shootings and harm to government officials.

Joseph Jakubowski is wanted for stealing guns, including assault rifles from a gun shop in Janesville.  The police said on Tuesday they are not unaware of the fact that they could be engaged in a suicide-by-cop showdown if they encounter him.

Rock County Sheriff Richard Spoden said, ‘’I’m confident that if that were the case, we are going to do everything we can to keep our community safe and keep our officers safe,’’ he continued by saying, "We haven’t had anyone get hurt and we certainly don’t want him to get hurt".

Jakubowski’s stepfather, Don Mclean and mother told newsmen they wanted him to give himself up as they ‘’would rather have him alive.’’ The police also released a photograph that showed that the suspect may have shaved his hair.

Meanwhile, Janesville Police Chief David Moore said the FBI, the U.S. secret service, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives have joined the manhunt and have pledged to provide extra security to government officials.  David Moore added, ‘’While we know he had a plan, we don’t know what the endgame is.’’

Some schools and a church within the locality have taken protective measures by closing their doors as no one knows Joseph Jakubowski’s whereabouts.   Jakubowski was criminally charged on Tuesday with stealing at least 18 weapons. The FBI has promised a $20,000 reward for anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Joseph Jakubowski.

Joseph Jakubowski’s car was found burned after the gun store robbery an occurrence which may add a new dimension to police investigations.

The suspect is 5’10’’ tall with green eyes and brown hair and according to Wisconsin court records; he has a lengthy criminal history that includes trying to disarm a police officer.  He has also been found guilty of violating traffic laws on numerous occasions and in the year 2008; he was convicted of misdemeanor battery.  The notorious Jakubowski has also been charged with drug-related issues and surprisingly that with his tumultuous criminal record, he is not in a prison. In fact, a Facebook user posted, "Based on all the other repetitive violations this guy has made why is he still NOT in a prison?"
