New York Congresswoman Sues Mayor de Blasio Over Vaccine Mandates

While the Southern border remains wide open and thousands of unvaccinated illegal immigrants are being ushered into numerous states around the country, governors of, mostly Democrat states, have been hell-bent on enforcing vaccine mandates! However, in New York, it appears that one Congresswoman is preparing to push back.

Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis of the 111th congressional district of New York, in unison with local leaders is suing New York Mayor Bill de Blasio for what many are allegedly calling discriminatory and racist vaccine mandates. According to The Post Millennial, Malliotakis declared de Blasio's vaccine mandate as an “unlawful overreach of government.” Upon sharing the announcement of her aims to sue de Blasio, the Congresswoman had her video removed by YouTube’s censorship with the explanation that it “violates community guidelines.”

Malliotakis took to Twitter to push back saying:

“I'm the latest victim of big tech censorship. @YouTube removed the video of my press conference announcing our lawsuit against @NYCMayor's vaccine passport claiming it "violates community guidelines." My office reached out to @YouTube asking why & all we've heard back is crickets”

Despite being vaccinated herself, Malliotakis opposes the vaccine mandate’s inference that she must show her medical records in order to participate in public life. Chief among the issues posed by de Blasio’s vaccine mandate, spurring on Malliotakis’ lawsuit, are privacy issues, constituents who have auto-immune disorders, and the threat of crippling fines on small businesses which are already struggling from the pandemic aftermath.

Congresswoman Malliotakis delivered a striking press conference which should move us all to take a stand against this growing trend of government overreach. We must demand to see the science and the facts behind these mandates or find ourselves victims of government control.
