Blaxit: Over 20 Black Staffers Leave the Biden Regime’s Plantation Some in Frustration
Dubbed as “Blaxit, as many as 21 black staffers left their positions” under the Biden regime over the past year. According to RadarOnline.com, “many of these departures from Biden’s WH are members of Vice President Kamala Harris’ staff – such as Harris’ senior adviser and chief spokesperson Symone Sanders who left her role at the WH in December for a job at MSNBC.”
“While some Black staffers who left their roles at the WH have cited the negative work environment, culture and lack of opportunities for promotion, others have insisted the departures were under “good terms” and simply in an effort to move on to better jobs, opportunities elsewhere or to spend time with family,” the RadarOnline report added. BET (Black Entertainment TV) network cited in its report that “Some staffers reportedly carry feelings that Black staff aren’t valued and don’t have advancement opportunities.”
One former White House official told Politico, “We're here and we're doing a lot of work but we're not decision-makers and there's no real path towards becoming decision-makers.” The noticeable number of black staffer departures has led to some aides calling it a 'Blaxit', or 'Black Exit'. Were these staffers perhaps sold a fake bill of “identity politics” by the Biden regime and are now realizing they were just political ponds?
