California Montclair City Employees Mandated to Wear Stickers as Proof of Vaccination

It looks like California is gladly taking the lead in ushering in draconian mandates, reminiscent of the Democrat’s communist leanings! In total violation of employee privacy rights, the California Department of Public Health and Cal/OSHA stipulated a requirement that requires workplaces to document proof of an employee’s vaccine status, according to one news source

Yet, the policy, which poses serious legal concern and issues of privacy, was met with objection by City Councilman Ben Lopez during a City Council meeting. While the mandate is expected to be brought up again at their next meeting in August, Lopez warned that it could trigger lawsuits against the city.

Meanwhile, the Human Resources Department has sent a memo with a compliance form to city employees asking that workers provide proof of vaccinations. All who comply will be given stickers as proof of vaccination, making them exempt from wearing face masks. Yet, China Virus infections and death reports of those who are fully vaccinated continue to grow daily, leaving many to question whether or not the unvaccinated should wear masks to protect themselves from those who have been vaccinated.
