Fake News NBC Reporter Claimed that Melania Trump Eviscerated the Rose Garden
If you want a perfect example of fake news, look no further than Michael Beschloss, self-proclaimed presidential historian for NBC News. In a recent report Beschloss criticized First lady Melania Trump, claiming that she eviscerated the Rose Garden! Beschloss shared a picture of what he claimed was the Rose Garden’s “evisceration.”
But here’s where the whole story gets fishy. The photo was actually an old picture of the Rose Garden during the early stages of its infancy, according to an Office of Melania Trump Tweet that followed the claim. Melania’s office fired back quickly. She called Beschloss’s comment “misleading” and “dishonorable.” A photo of the Rose Garden in its current full blossom cycle is clear proof that this is just another attempt by the left-wing media to further smear the Trump family.
