On Monday Dec. 6th Judge Frank P. Nervo of the Supreme Court of New York suspended Bill de Blasio’s vaccine mandate, pending a hearing which is scheduled for December 14, according to a recent Trending Politics report. Judge Nervo’s ruling followed Blasio’s announcement requiring private-sector workers to be vaccinated by Dec. 27, a policy which would affect about 184,000 businesses, according to a New York Times report.

Yet, no official data has been released about the omicron variant warranting de Blasio’s extreme mandate measures. (Read full story HERE)
