According to the suit filed against him in New York’s Federal Court, the 86-year-old George Soros, a Hungarian-American business mogul and investor used his relationship with the Guinean government to freeze Israeli company BSG Resources out of the West African nation’s lucrative iron ore mining contracts.

"Soros was motivated solely by malice, as there was no economic interest he had in Guinea," BSGR alleges in court papers.

A spokesman for the billionaire investor said Soros only backed a probe of BSG out of corruption concerns and that he had the willingness to always help impoverished countries.  This is not the first time the philanthropist and author will be accused of sowing political upheaval to advance a personal agenda and many are of the opinion that George Soros only masquerades as a humanitarian to promote his own selfish political interests.

It will be recalled that Hungary’s top education official, Minister of Human Capacities Zoltan Balog said in a recent interview, “We are committed to use all legal means at our disposal to stop pseudo-civil society spy groups such as the ones funded by George Soros”

Accusations have also been thrown at George Soros for using his Open Society Foundation and U.S. diplomatic connections to interfere with the Macedonian government.

Attorney for BSG Resources Louis Solomon revealed to Fox News they hope to start court proceedings in July in New York City.
